CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN RECIPE




Make Krispy Fried Chicken Ingredients:

1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 / tsp dried red chili powder
1/2 tsp fine salt
Oil for fried


Liquid coatings Crispy Fried Chicken:


300 ml of cold water / ice water
300 g wheat flour of high protein / twin disc cap
40 g cornstarch
1/2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 tsp fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp MSG
Krispy Fried Chicken dry coating:

400 g high-protein flour
100 g cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon instant chicken-flavored bouillon powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 / tsp MSG (optional)
How to make Krispy Fried Chicken:

Liquid coating: Mix the flour, cornmeal, milk powder, baking powder, pepper, salt and MSG. stir well. Enter the egg yolks and water gradually, stirring until well blended. Store in refrigerator / cool place.
Dry coating: Mix all dry coating ingredients. Stir well. Set aside.
Season the chicken pieces with pepper, salt, garlic powder and red chilli powder. Stir well. Let stand 15 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
Roll the chicken pieces into dry coating until the entire surface is covered in flour. Dip into the liquid coating and roll back into the dry coating. Repeat until the chicken runs out.
Heat oil, fry chicken in oil over medium heat much. Cook until chicken is cooked, golden browned and dry. Lift the drain. Arrange in a serving dish. Serve hot with chilli sauce or ketchup bottles.
