MOUSEDEER AND CROCODILE One day, A Mouse deer walks on the Grass. He is sad because His Mother was death yesterday. The Mouse deer walks near the River Bank. There is a Crocodile is lying into the Water. The Crocodile says : Oh, Mouse deer...my friend, I am stomachache because there are three days I did not eat, help me please. Could You come here ? without long thinking the Mouse deer come in the River. When The Mouse deer is near the Crocodile. The Crocodile is directly to bite the Mouse deer's foot.But The Mouse deer is very smart. He Speaks to the Crocodile : oh, my friend, don't be seriously to beat because that's not my foot but that's just a wood. The Crocodile beliefs for the Mouse deer. The Crocodile releases the Mouse deer's foot. The Mouse deer runs fastest to the River bank and He screams : Oh, stupid Crocodile, It is my foot and it is not a wood. In Indonesian Translation : KANCIL DAN BUAYA Pada suatu hari, Seekor Kancil berjalan di atas Rumput. Dia sedih karena Ibunya mati kemarin. Kancil berjalan dekat tepi Sungai. Ada seekor Buaya sedang mengapung di dalam Air. Buaya berkata : Oh, Kancil... Temanku, Saya sakit perut karena sudah 3 hari saya tidak makan, tolonglah saya. Bisakah kamu kemari ? tanpa pikir panjang Kancil masuk ke Sungai. Ketika Kancil mendekati Buaya. Buaya langsung menggigit kaki sang Kancil. Tetapi Kancil sangat pintar. Dia berbicara kepada Buaya : oh, temanku, jangan seriuslah menggit karena itu bukan kakiku tetapi itu hanya sepotong Kayu. Buaya percaya kepada Sang Kancil. Buaya melepaskan Kaki sang Kancil. Kancil berlari sangat cepat ke tepi Sungai dan Dia berteriak : oh, Buaya bodoh, Itu Kakiku dan itu bukan sepotong Kayu.
